The State of Arizona has created a number of tax credit deductions for donations to charity. Some must exceed your 1996 "Baseline" amount. For additional information as to whether you or a charity of your choosing qualify, go to the Arizona Department of Revenue's web site HERE

Certain qualifying donations can actually take the place of tax payments and act as to reduce your Arizona State liability. You can also deduct them from your Federal 1040 return, which means you can achieve a net GAIN from these contributions.

There are 3 major tax credit donations that involve Rotary. The Rotary Vocational Fund qualifies for an Arizona Tax Credit of up to $400 per return. You can fill in the form and print it out by clicking HERE. For more forms and information, go to: www.trvfa.org

You may additionally qualify for an Arizona Tax Credit of $400 on a joint return / $200 if filing single for a donation to to your community public school. Many of our members are Mentors at Robison Elementary school and you may designate that school when you contribute on this form --click HERE (343 kb). Mail to TUSD or Rotary Office.
