2019 Update of El Tour de Tucson and lessons learned about a turn-around business opportunity.
 
Charlene Grabowski ~ Biography
 
Charlene is now the new CEO of Perimeter Bicycling Association of America (PBAA) and El Tour de Tucson and is a Partner with the Pathfinder Strategies Organization where she is focused on Executive Leadership Development.  She recently retired after 30 years with GE Healthcare and her last position was GM and Vice President of the West Zone and Canada where she held responsibility for Commercial Operations, Sales and Profitability.  Previously, Charlene was  the General Manager of Sales Force Excellence at GE Healthcare with responsibilities for sales distribution & deployment, compensation, sales enablement tools and learning & development for the US Commercial Organization.  Charlene was the Director of Sales for the QuickBooks product for Intuit Company where she had P&L responsibilities and a 500 person contact center and digital distribution.  She then became COO of Fusion Sales Partners  a startup distribution partner for GE Women's Healthcare Product Portfolio.
 
Charlene holds a B.S. in business from Adelphi University in Garden City, New York and is a Registered Radiologic Technologist from the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, Montefiore Hospital.   And recently completed courses in Healthcare Innovation and Design Thinking and Executive Leadership Training for LGBTQ Executive Leaders at The Graduate School of Business at Stanford University. She is also trained as a coach in self-awareness curriculum.  She was co-chair  of the GE GLBTA global organization and involved in outreach in her community.  She is currently the Chairperson of the Board of the American Heart Association for SW Arizona. 
 
Charlene and her partner Anne Hunt live in Tucson, Arizona and are enjoying desert living.
